2. Services

We provide professional cleaning services for homes, offices, and commercial premises in Milan and surrounding areas. The specific scope of each service is agreed in writing before the visit.

3. Bookings and Pricing

Prices are indicated in the quote provided for each service, and quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due on completion of each service. We accept bank transfer and card payment, and a valid invoice is issued for every service. Changes or cancellations of an appointment are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Liability

We carry professional liability insurance. In the event of damage caused by our staff during a service, the client must report it in writing within 24 hours of service completion, providing a description and, where possible, photographic evidence. We review every report and, where the damage is attributable to our work, arrange repair or compensation through our insurance cover. Our total liability for any single service shall not exceed the limit provided by our insurance policy in force.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Italian law. The courts of Milan shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Changes will be published on the website and will apply to new contracts entered into after the modification date.
